The staff was very amiable on arrival and throughout the stay. The room we had included a refrigerator, a writing table and ironing facilities. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, nice pool area.

have stayed here many times and definitely coming here again. the location near to the airport was marvellous.

I had a great night in the Family Suite. The check-in process was super easy, and the bigger bedroom was a plus. The pool looked clean, even though I didn't swim. The manager helped us with a $25 Uber ride. A nice experience 😊

The bed was comfortable, and the room itself was separate. Secure and quiet location - only a short distance to everywhere we needed. Also, Parque Nacional Isla Contoy was 1 mile away from the hotel.

during my stay, I loved how close I was to La Playita Market, just a short 10-minute walk away, making it easy to grab local snacks and souvenirs, and Playa Caracol is only 2.5 km away, offering beautiful beach views for a lovely afternoon stroll.

The communal living area setup lacks privacy-my group booked for five but only had four beds. Access to the entrance code is through Whatsapp or email on the day of check-in, so if you aren't online, you might be stuck. Soundproofing is practically nonexistent. You'll hear everything, including loud guests packing up at dawn. Towels varied widely in condition, and some facilities show clear signs of neglect, like peeling paint and shabby shower heads.

Just a reliable pick for a weekend rest in Cancun with fantastic value for money. The pool area was really nice. Don't forget to check for nearby shops to grab snacks easily.
